Important!

• Please arrive at the meeting point BEFORE the starting time of the tour, as your guide will take a tram to the castle. It will be impossible to find the group at the castle complex after they have left the meeting point.
• To claim your discount, please bring your physical ID!
• If you are bringing kids on the tour, bear in mind that it can be difficult to move around with a stroller. Prague Castle currently lacks facilities for parents and kids, so we recommend you come prepared.
• Due to the castle's location and the absence of suitable facilities, this tour is not accessible for wheelchair users and those with large strollers
• If you are visiting in the wintertime, please remember that there is no heating in the castle, so you need to dress warmly.
• You cannot bring pets or luggage on this tour.

Cancellation Policy

To get a full refund, you must cancel 24 hours before the start of the tour. In case of later cancellations, we can provide only a partial refund (10%-20% of the whole cost).

We do not provide refunds for Prague Visitor Pass Tickets! Prague City Tourism, which distributes passes, organizes a separate tour for the pass holders, so if you have bought a pass, please take a tour with them.
